Return Policy

Upon receiving your order, please double-check that you’ve received the correct size before using or washing any items.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at hello@wakefall.co with your order number, and we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.

Exchange / Store Credit

We accept exchanges for store credit on full-priced items purchased online within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in brand-new, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Sale Items: Exchanges are not available for discounted or sale items.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Stock Availability: If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return the item, and we’ll issue store credit once it’s received and assessed. You can then place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot hold items specifically for exchanges.

Refunds

We offer refunds on full-priced linens purchased online within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with packaging intact. Note: Items without the linen tote bag cannot be processed for return.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method or person.
  • Processing Time: Once processed, please allow up to 3 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
  • Currency Notice (International Customers): Refunds are issued in USD$. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, the refunded amount may differ slightly in your local currency.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days for a replacement, repair, or refund. For items with manufacturing faults that appear after use, contact us within 3 months for repair or replacement. Note: Damage resulting from incorrect care or general wear is not considered a fault.
